Barbara Siddall is our Senior Group Therapist and leads the Haven Support Workshops in both London and Hereford. Barbara is a highly experienced counsellor, yoga teacher and healer particularly interested in the link between body, mind and spirit. She also specialises in relaxation, visualisation and meditation . This cassette contains 4 parts - Relaxation, Journey to the Sea, Meditation and Poems.
